Returning Goods

You can cancel and return your goods to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Before returning goods, please contact us to inform us of your cancelation by phone, email or in writing.

All goods should be returned, at buyers cost,  unused in their original sellable condition, with original tags attached, to our address:

As soon as the goods have been returned to us, we will issue a refund or exchange for the original purchase and standard delivery cost.

If you cancel your order within the 14 working days and wish to return them but cannot arrange for return of the goods, we will charge you for the cost of recovery.

If you have found your goods to be faulty or not the product that you ordered please contact us.
